Lessing-Flynn Advertising Co. had launched its fourth annual Battle of the Brands competition. The agency has taken 64 Iowa brands and matched them up in an NCAA basketball tournament-style bracket. The first round includes matchups such as Hy-Vee Inc. vs. Fareway Stores Inc. and Casey's General Stores Inc. vs. Kum and Go LC.
