Clive trail art program kicks off May 24

The Clive Public Arts Advisory
Commission and Clive Chamber of Commerce will dedicate the temporary summer art
exhibit along the city's Greenbelt Park and Trail system at an event at 5 p.m.
May 24 at 515 Brewing Co., 7700 University Blvd. "Art Along the
Trail" is a temporary exhibit from May through October each year. The art
includes: V. Skip Willits' "Red Road Home" at the University
Boulevard and 78th Street trailhead; Duke Oursler's "Current" at the
100th Street and Maddox Parkway trail access; Paul Konchagulian's "Idiot
Wind" at the Northwest 114th Street bridge over Walnut Creek; Tim Adams'
"Seahorse" at Campbell Park; Kristin Garnant's "Fragmentary
Composition" at the Lakeshore Drive and Woodlands Parkway trail access;
and Steven Huffman's "At the Edge of the Cliff" at Wildwood Park.
