Meredith Corporation announced today the launch of Allrecipes magazine, a print extension of Allrecipes.com. The magazine will be published six times per year with an initial rate base of 500,000. The newsstand cover price will be $4.99 with an annual subscription costing $12. The magazine will debut with a December 2013 edition featuring the ultimate guide to holiday cookies, an international food trend report, and a top 10 list of popular food gifts, among others. Allrecipes joins Meredith's portfolio of food-focused magazines including Family Circle and Every Day with Rachael Ray, as well as the multi-platform brand, Eating Well.
