StageWest Theater Company will hold its inaugural Fool's Ball on April 5 from 7 to 11 p.m. at West End Architectural Salvage. Mezzodi's Restaurant and Creme Cupcake will cater the event, and there will be entertainment, dancing and a live auction.

StageWest Theater Company is the resident theater of the Des Moines Stoner Theater and is celebrating 16 years of presenting contemporary theater. Event cost is $75, with a discounted $50 ticket cost for young professionals or $150 for VIP tickets.
