Casey's to buy 24 convenience stores in Minnesota and North Dakota

Casey's General Stores Inc. plans
to buy 24 Stop-N-Go convenience stores in North Dakota and Minnesota, Casey's
said in a release. The transaction is expected to close in May and will be
funded by a combination of existing cash and operating cash flow. A purchase
price was not disclosed. Twenty of the stores are in North Dakota. Ankeny-based
Casey's operates more than 1,700 convenience stores in Iowa and the Midwest.
