Hearst Television Inc. announced today it has reached a retransmission agreement with Dish Network to resume carriage of Hearst Television stations in the company's 25 markets. The terms of the agreement were not disclosed in the release sent by Hearst. On Tuesday, Dish and Hearst said a dispute between the two companies led to Hearst stations being unavailable through Dish, according to The Des Moines Register. The dispute stopped the signals of CBS affiliate KCCI, KETV in Omaha and Hearst-owned stations in other markets from being sent out over DISH late Tuesday night, the article said.
