Waterloo-Cedar Falls Courier: An Oklahoma-based company is taking over the vacant Terex manufacturing facility in Waverly. CMI Roadbuilding Inc. purchased the facility in December. Terex closed the plant in July, idling about 175 workers. Terex built cranes at the plant, a 310,000-square-foot building that sits on 48 acres.
