Attorney Joe Feller of Sibley has been elected president of the Iowa State Bar Association. He is the 128th president of the bar association, which counts more than 8,000 Iowa-licensed attorneys as members. He is the second person from Sibley in 56 years to lead the group and first in nearly decade to come from a rural county seat, according to a release. The ISBA has produced two videos about its new president, one in which Feller talks about hisbackground and another in which he discusses goals for the organization.
