    Hubbell Realty Co. paid $18.9 million for two Urbandale apartment complexes, the company's first large multifamily acquisitions since 2007, when it bought about 1,600 units in Greater Des Moines and Sioux Falls, S.D., from Clarke Co. Ltd., a deal that put Hubbell squarely into the business or owning, managing and developing apartment communities.
