R. Kim Dreher, director of
sales and licensed commercial real estate broker, will retire March 29 after 14
years with Knapp Properties Inc. His license will remain at the
company. Dreher, 60, joined Knapp Properties after 18 years with Iowa
Realty Co. Inc. His contributions to the industry include serving on various
real estate industry committees' at both the state and local level and as
president of the Greater Des Moines Board of Realtors in 1992. Dreher currently
serves on the boards of Heart of Iowa School Tuition Organization and Highland
Memory Gardens, is leading an effort for construction of a new building for
Meals from the Heartland and is a founding member of the Valley Chain Saw
Disaster Relief team. Dreher will be pursuing his passion to work in
various Christian ministries in local, regional and world communities. Click
