Education will be a focus at IBC meeting

The Iowa Business Council will hold its 27th Annual Partnership meeting on Jan. 28.
The program will highlight the latest results of the Iowa Competitiveness Index, and also set a focus for educational excellence in Iowa. Gov. Terry Branstad will give a keynote address.
