Eight employees from the IMT Group will shave their heads to show their support for children affected by cancer and to raise money for the St. Baldrick's Foundation, the world's largest volunteer-driven childhood cancer research charity.
The employees will be shaving their heads at a St. Baldrick's Foundation event on Feb. 26 at the Funny Bone Comedy Club in West Des Moines. The team is trying to raise $17,500 for St. Baldrick's Foundation.
If they meet their goal, Marsha Aldridge, the leader of the IMT human resources department, will also shave her head.
