The Iowa Small Business Development Center recently elected Steve Lacina of Tipton and Brandi Shay of Creston as the newest members of its state advisory board. Lacina is a business programs specialist with the U.S. Department of Agriculture and president of the Iowa Association of Credit Specialists. Shay is the controller and chief financial officer for Advanced Ag LLC in Creston.
