A total of 16 Greater Des Moines companies and organizations were among the winners of this year’s Iowa Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve awards. Agri-Tech Aviation of Indianola was the small business category winner of the Pro Patria award, which is the highest level award that can be given by a state ESGR committee. Nationwide Mutual Insurance was one of two winners in the state to win the Seven Seals award, described as the “broadest and most inclusive award given by ESGR.”
