    The Iowa Department of Natural Resources' Fish Iowa! angler education program has partnered with the Recreational Fishing and Boating Foundation's Vamos A Pescar program to provide grants to local nonprofit organizations to support local programs, classes and fishing activities in areas with larger Hispanic populations. Funding will be available between Feb. 1 and Nov. 1. Apply by Nov. 10 to Barb.Gigar@dnr.iowa.gov.
