Affinity Credit Union announced it has appointed Jason Crooks as CEO. Crooks, who currently serves as vice president, has held several management positions since joining the Des Moines-based credit union in 1989. He succeeds Sandra Robinson, who will retire on Feb. 28 after 26 years with Affinity. During Robinson's tenure, the credit union more than doubled in membership to more than 12,800 members with $74 million in assets. "Jason's extensive experience with Affinity and its membership was just one of the deciding factors in naming him CEO," said James Martens, chairman of Affinity's board. "I am confident in his ability to lead the credit union into the future."
