Blythe will lead day-to-day operations of taxpayers group

Dustin Blythe, of Urbandale, has been hired as president of the Iowa Taxpayers Association, effective July 8. Blythe most recently served as a ways and means and labor research analyst for the Republican caucus in the Iowa House of Representatives. He played a key role in development of property tax reform that passed the Iowa Legislature and was signed into law by Gov. Terry Branstad, according to a release.
