Home prices are rising. Unemployment is dropping and the average American consumer's confidence is up. So why are the country's CEOs battening down the hatches?

Anthony Mirhaydari writes that just 9 percent of CEOs share the same optmism as the public.
Instead they are worried about: weakness in Asia; the potential economic collapse of Greece and Spain, the effect of the presidential election and the projected impact of the so-called fiscal cliff in 2013.
