Drake University Law School announced today that it will offer a 24-credit master of jurisprudence degree to help non-lawyers have a better understanding of the law to help them in their business or profession. The degree is designed as an accelerated law degree with no bar exam to give business leaders and people in non-law-related professions a competitive edge. Candidates have the option to design a curriculum to fit their individualized professional goals, or they can choose a preset concentration such as business law, criminal law, estate planning, human rights and global citizenship, and legislative practice and government relations. The degree can be earned in as little as a year, or students can take classes part time. For more information, click here.
