Three Iowa State University researchers are warning businesses on the danger of hackers, according to this ISU News Service release. Anthony Townsend and Brian Mennecke, associate professors of supply chain and information systems, and Samuel DeMarie, associate professor of management, will present a paper at the Americas Conference on Information Systems in August in Chicago. They assert that there needs to be more information technology expertise at the top of corporations, and that businesses that have stronger security will have an advantage over those that don't.
