    As part of today's Great American Smokeout, the Iowa Tobacco Prevention Alliance has launched a public campaign calling on Hy-Vee Inc. to end the sale of tobacco products and e-cigarettes at any store that has a pharmacy or health clinic on its premises. However, the West Des Moines-based grocery chain says it's not its role to "police (customers') personal decisions."
