UnityPoint Health - Des Moines announced Thursday that Iowa Lutheran Hospital in Des Moines has achieved ISO - 9001 certification, making it the first hospital in the state to achieve the internationally recognized quality designation.

The state of Utah has reached an agreement with the federal government to continue operating its 2-year-old health insurance exchange for small employers, a model that could provide an additional option for other states seeking to expand health insurance coverage, Business Insurance reported.
