Tax Day is here, and while hating April 15 is a treasured American pastime, a recent Pew Research study shows that about one third (34 percent) of Americans either like or love doing their taxes. Receiving a refund is among the top reasons 29 percent of people like doing their taxes and 5 percent love doing their taxes, but it's not the only reason. About 17 percent say they just don't mind it or they are good at it; 13 percent say doing their taxes gives them a sense of control; and another 13 percent cite a feeling that it is their duty to pay their fair share.
