On the same day the Obama administration announced a website to educate employers about the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, the U.S. House passed a bill that would bar the U.S. Treasury Department and the Internal Revenue Service from enforcing that law. The Republican-backed measure, by one count the 40th time the House has voted to block Obamacare, cleared the House on a 232-185 vote, but is unlikely to be taken up by the Senate, where Democrats hold the majority, Business Insurance reported. So business owners may want to consult the website, which includes a "wizard tool" that is tailored based on size and location, so they can "learn how the law helps them provide affordable coverage options to their employees while still meeting their bottom line," the administration said in a release.
