The Federalist Society in Des Moines will host a discussion Oct. 8 with Adam White, an attorney representing a group of private plaintiffs challenging the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. White, counsel at Boyd Gray & Associates in Washington, D.C., will provide an update on the litigation and the constitutional issues involved in the case. He is an Iowa native and University of Iowa graduate with a law degree from Harvard Law School. The event will be held from 5 to 6 p.m. at the Iowa State Bar Association headquarters, 625 E.
