Attorney David Luginbill, a partner in the Ahlers & Cooney Law Firm has become a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a by-invitation-only organization that limits membership to 1 percent of all lawyers in any given state. Lawyers must have a minimum of 15 years of trial experience before they can be considered for Fellowship. Luginbill has worked in litigation for 40 years. He has represented national and international clients, as well as clients located in Iowa. He received his law degree from Drake University. There are currently approximately 5,800 fellows in the United States and Canada.
