David Oppedahl conducts research on the agricultural sector and rural development as well as conducting microeconomic research for the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.  He previously provided econometrics research support for the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas.

Director, Iowa Economic Development Authority

As head of the Department of Economic Development, Debi helped the Governor and legislators restructure the department to create a public/private partnership to update and improve the delivery of economic development services.  She heads the public arm of that partnership and oversees the traditional economic development programs.
