The Iowa Court of Appeals has upheld a decision last year by a Polk County judge to dismiss a lawsuit against attorney Tim Hogan that was filed in connection with the collapse of a construction debris recycling business that involved brothers and former Regency development companies principals James and Robert Myers. Hogan, a real estate attorney who served as a Regency's principal legal representative, was accused of misleading one-time, New York-based partners in the recycling business.
