Hubbell Realty Co. added another 58 units to the downtown housing market when it cut the ribbon Tuesday on Rocket Transfer Lofts, an $8 million historic rehabilitation that is 100 percent leased. Rocket Transfer Lofts, 320 S.W. Seventh St., has one- and two-bedroom apartments, with monthly rents running from $900 to $1,300. The building is a neighbor to another Hubbell rehab, Riverpoint Lofts. Both projects, on land that was purchased at the turn of the century by the Hubbell family, have triggered additional Hubbell residential and commerical projects south of Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway.
