Home builders remain positive

The National Association of Home Builders said today that its index of builder confidence rose four points to reading of 58. Improvements were recorded in all three index components -- current sales, sales expectations and traffic of prospective buyers -- according to a release. The National Association of Home Builders/Wells Fargo Housing Market Index has risen 11 points since December 2012 and has been above 50 for the past seven months.
