Siculus Inc. paid $4.8 million to Hubbell Properties II LC (Series K) for slightly more than 194 acres of vacant land at 1700 34th Ave. N.W. in Altoona, where a data center will be built. At the time of the sale on April 17, the property was valued at $343,770. Click here for a related story.
