    The Polk County Board of Supervisors will put what appears to be the final seal of approval on on the great land swap of 2013, a complicated transfer of property in downtown Des Moines that led to the construction of a convention center hotel and the reconstruction of the former Polk County Convention Complex into the Wellmark YMCA.
