The Business Record’s brand new Annual Real Estate Magazine was unveiled today and will be inserted in the April 29 edition of the Business Record. The new product contains stories on four segments of the real estate market, 11 trends to watch in 2016 and beyond, market facts and sale listings for each segment and broker profiles.

To prepare the content, in March the Business Record hosted four video roundtables, each featuring experts from different segments of real estate and development in Greater Des Moines: Office, retail, industrial and land.

Senior Staff Writer Kent Darr then wrote summaries of each discussion and put together Q&A style stories for the new magazine. Below you’ll find links to the stories and also links to the full videos of all the roundtables.

All Business Record members will have access to the content online and receive a copy of the magazine in the April 29 edition of the Business Record. If you are not a member and are interested in purchasing a copy, please contact us at circulation@bpcdm.com or call (515) 288-3336.
