2010 Executive Health Challenge (formerly known as Fittest Exec)
New in 2010, the Executive Health Challenge takes the place of the Fittest Exec program in previous years. Living a healthier life involves more than just physical fitness. The goal the Executive Health Challenge is to encourage all executives, regardless of current fitness level, to make a commitment to improving their own health and well-being - and in turn, lead by example and encourage their employees to do the same.
The focus of the Executive Health Challenge is on participation. Everyone who participates and completes the challenge will be recognized.

The Executive Health Challenge is a comprehensive 10-week program. Each participant will undergo a free comprehensive Health Profile Blood Test with results in the following key indicator categories: lipids, glucose, HDL, LDL, triglycerides, and total cholesterol. Weight, blood pressure, and body mass index (BMI) will also be measured. Participants can self select their level of participation, with a minimum of three days of exercise per week, a meeting with a Wellness Coach and a nutrition class.
