Ankeny
Situated just to the north of the metro between Des Moines and Ames, Ankeny offers a unique mix of history and new development for businesses and families. Conveniently located on the interstate system, Ankeny is home to an airport (the third busiest in the state) and Des Moines Area Community College. The city’s longterm planned growth strategy continues the “neighborhood” concept that has served it well.

Des Moines
What an amazing time to be part of Des Moines, Iowa’s capital city that’s alive with action, momentum and growth! Eastern Polk County
Excellent transportation access and high quality of life define this region, which is home to the cities of Altoona, Bondurant, East Des Moines, Mitchellville and Pleasant Hill. Land development opportunities abound. The area is home to Prairie Meadows Racetrack and Casino and Adventureland Amusement Park, in addition to a strong network of bike trails and recreational opportunities.

Grimes
With a population of nearly 6,000 and more than 200 businesses, Grimes has dramatically changed since its founding in 1881. Located on the northwest edge of the Greater Des Moines area, Grimes has the youngest median age (31.3) of any city in Iowa. The rapid rise in commercial and industrial valuations can be attributed to prime land and convenient access to Interstates 80 and 35.

Inclusion
The pioneers who settled Des Moines could not have anticipated that it would become a thriving multi cultural urban area where more than a half million people live and work. INclusion invites you to explore the many ways these diverse newcomers and their families enrich our community.

Home to Pioneer International – A DuPont Company, Camp Dodge and the Iowa Bankers Association, Johnston is rich in history and close to Saylorville Lake country.

Waukee
Located West of Greater Des Moines, in Dallas County, Waukee is the fastest-growing city in one of the nation’s fastest growing counties. The city prides itself on its small-town atmosphere while offering all the cultural amenities of the metro area. Its business community continues to grow and thrive. The high school graduation rate of 99.7 percent, along with Waukee’s parks and trails system offer an uncommonly high quality of living.

West Des Moines
