The first phase of the proposed development would include two 17,000-square-foot retail buildings that would be built on the southwest corner of 68th Street and E.P. True Parkway. Two other structures would be built at a later date, according to Josh Trygstad of Civil Design Advantage.
The project’s developer is Jordan Creek Point LLC. Plans for the proposed project show restaurant and retail uses in the buildings. Construction is projected to be completed by 2023, according to city documents.
