show. 3800 MLK LLC, located in Creston, and 1664 Concordia LLC, located in St. Paul, acquired the property from Cornerstone Apartments LLC, paying the limited liability company $2.4 million. The three-story, C-shaped building was constructed in 1971 and includes 45 units. The property is valued at $2.1 million. The transaction was recorded April 2.
