The Harkin Institute’s annual Harkin International Disability Employment Summit will take place in Washington, D.C., on Dec. 18 and 19. The two-day conference aims to bring together stakeholders from around the world to increase the employment of people with disabilities, a news release said. Speakers will come from Wells Fargo, the Department of Labor, the Social Security Administration, Microsoft, the World Bank and represent more than a dozen countries. Topics will include disability in higher education, economic inclusion of disabled refugees and disability-inclusive artificial intelligence. More information and registration is available online.
