2024 Tippie Women Summit in March features 3 virtual events, 1 in-person event
The Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa has announced the program for its 2024 Tippie Women Summit, which includes one in-person event and three virtual events in March. All events are open to the public. The first event, held online at noon on March 1, will share the stories of three women entrepreneurs. Panelists include Hannah Barnstable, president and founder at Seven Sundays; Erica Cole, founder and CEO of No Limbits; and Donna Kruse, CEO of Savvy Technologies, Inc. The second webinar on March 6 at noon will cover how to negotiate and how to “harness the power of no” while maintaining positive relationships in your career, presented by Michele Williams, John L. Miclot Faculty Fellow in Entrepreneurship and associate professor of management and entrepreneurship. Registration is available here. The final webinar in the series will cover financial strategies for women throughout different stages of life. It will be held at noon on March 19. Registration is available here. An in-person event on working with different personalities in the workplace will be held at 5:30 p.m. on March 26 in Iowa City.
