$9 million available for Power Fund projects
The Iowa Power Fund Board is accepting applications with approximately $9 million in funding available for projects with the potential to improve the state’s capability and capacity in the areas of first- and second-generation biofuels, wind, solar, hydrogen and energy efficiency. The Power Fund pre-application is at www.energy.iowa.gov. The deadline for the Office of Energy Independence to accept pre-applications is April 1 and full applications will be accepted until April 22, with all applications to be reviewed in May.
