About: In January 2018 Meredith Corp. closed on its acquisition of Time Inc., which doubled the size of the company; added many iconic brands, including People, InStyle, Southern Living, Food & Wine, Cooking Light and Entertainment Weekly; and greatly enhanced their reach and go-to-market positioning. Executive Chairman Steve Lacy will focus on how that acquisition has affected Meredith and its business, and address what’s next for the company.
