Governor, secretary of state to participate in Cybersecurity Awareness Month

Kim Reynolds and Secretary of State Paul Pate are declaring October as Cybersecurity Awareness Month in Iowa, along with state Chief Information Officer Robert von Wolffradt and Chief Information Security Officer Jeff Franklin. Each week in October, the state will have a new focus on addressing specific challenges in cybersecurity. Reynolds and Pate’s proclamation begins at 3:15 p.m. in the Statehouse, and will be livestreamed on Facebook.
