A group of investors bought three properties from Rueter Farms Inc. and C & DS Holdings LLC, both of Elkhart, Polk County real estate transactions show. The properties that were purchased include:

• 5075 E. University Ave. in Pleasant Hill. The 1.65 acres includes an 18,900-square-foot, two-story office building built in 2000. The property in 2019 was valued at $1.1 million. The sale price was $1.45 million.

• 5605 N.W. 100th St. in Johnston. The one-story, 33,460-square-foot office and warehouse building sits on 4.5 acres. The property in 2019 was valued at $2.2 million. The sale price was $2.3 million.

• 2894 106th St. in Urbandale. The 24,686-square-foot two-story, office building sits on 2.7 acres. The property in 2019 was valued at $1.8 million. The sale price was $1.89 million.

The investment groups include PCWDM II LLC, STP Investments LLC, G5 Ventures LLC, Leigh Holdings LLC, Lainson Properties LLC, Hedstrom Holdings LLC, K&A Investments LLC, MRP 1031 LLC and All Star Masonry LLC.

The three transactions were recorded on April 27.

McGuire Properties LLC paid TDD Investments LLC $1.47 million for properties at 3300 and 3310 101th St. in Urbandale, records show. The property at 3300 101st St. includes an 11,650-square-foot warehouse built in 1988. The property is valued at $731,000 in 2019. The property at 3310 101th St. includes a 3,350-square-foot auto service building. The property is valued at $359,000. The transaction was recorded on May 1.
