BBC took an extensive look at how our working world is changing by asking key business leaders to weigh in. Melinda Gates, co-chair of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, was asked about the future of gender equality and Stewart Butterfield, CEO and co-founder of Slack, was asked about how many people actually want to work in offices, for example. It’s well worth the time to read these leaders’ thoughts. I particularly loved this viewpoint: “The restructuring of society might seem frightening, but it provides the opportunity for radically new social arrangements that are not only more efficient, but also more humane,” Jay Van Bavel, associate professor of psychology and neural science at New York University wrote.
