As more people have turned to the internet to buy everything, including groceries, it’s not just the millenials or Gen Zers who are the big online shoppers. Yes, it’s the baby boomers, those born between 1946 and 1964, who are dominating e-commerce shopping. Joseph Clay, 60, a retired engineer in Nashville, Tenn., saw that his daughter was buying a lot online so he asked for help. After receiving step-by-step instructions he now admits he buys pretty much everything online, from frozen waffles and diet root beer to an overnight delivery of Anbesol to relieve an aching tooth. “She gave me a quick rundown, and it just blew me out of the water.”
