Warner named CEO at REG
Industry veteran Cynthia Warner has been named president and CEO of Ames-based Renewable Energy Group effective Jan. 14. She replaces Randy Howard, who took the position in July 2017 and will remain on the board after the transition. Warner, who has more than 35 years of experience in the energy industry, including an extensive background in refining, previously was executive vice president of operations for Andeavor, formerly Tesoro Corp., a marketing, logistics and refining company. Warner is a board member of IDEX Corp. and is on the National Petroleum Council.
