Seneca Cos. has named Chris Biellier as vice president of Environmental Services and strategic partnerships. In addition to oversight of Seneca’s Environmental Services and Remediation & Process Controls divisions, Biellier, who has been with Seneca for 14 years, is now responsible for the cross-divisional development of business growth opportunities. “Chris is uniquely qualified to help us foster and grow relationships in the industries we serve,” said JC Risewick, president and chief operating officer of Seneca Cos. Due to Biellier’s additional strategic partnership responsibilities, he has stepped down from his role as vice president of the Waste Solutions division. Operational responsibility of the division will be transferred to Loyd Phillips, who has been named the vice president of Waste Solutions and safety. The Des Moines-based group of companies offers a range of related petroleum industry services.
