Nominations for the 2019 Iowa Women of Achievement Awards presented by Women Lead Change are due today by 5 p.m. The Women of Achievement Awards will be presented on June 8, with honorary plaques on the Iowa Women of Achievement Bridge in downtown Des Moines. The awards will recognize up to three historical Iowa women who made outstanding and lasting contributions to the citizens of Iowa or have advanced the well-being of others throughout the world.
