Corridor Business Journal: BAE Systems today announced it has completed the acquisition of the Collins Aerospace’s military global positioning system business based in Cedar Rapids and Coralville from Raytheon Technologies Corp. The $1.93 billion acquisition had been announced in January as part of a divestiture required to secure antitrust approvals for the merger of Raytheon Corp. with United Technologies Corp. that formed Raytheon Technologies.
