New Williamsburg outlet mall owners want to bring ‘exciting tenants’

After nearly 30 years of ownership under Tanger Outlets, the outdoor Williamsburg shopping center is under new management and a new name: Outlets of Williamsburg.

Des Moines Register: After nearly 30 years of ownership under Tanger Outlets, the outdoor Williamsburg shopping center is under new management and a new name: Outlets of Williamsburg. The Outlet Resource Group, a Chicago company that operates outlet malls internationally, acquired the Williamsburg mall from Tanger Outlets on Monday, marking new ownership and opportunities to more aggressively bring in new tenants, said David Hinkle, a partner at the Outlet Resource Group. Singerman Real Estate has also acquired the property.
