OTHER INFORMATION: Des Moines University President and CEO Angela L. Walker Franklin and other university leaders will host a public groundbreaking ceremony at the site of the DMU’s future 88-acre West Des Moines campus. Officials are expected to reveal detailed renderings of the new campus. DMU officials have said the university will move to the new campus in 2023. DMU currently is located at 3200 Grand Ave. in Des Moines.
